wx_PatchDraw :: NodeGlyphColoredToggle added

Added new macro to the wx_PatchDraw package.
patch.NodeGlyphColoredToggle - toggle node color coding for different types of nodes.

    use this .reg file for X4: DrawX4NodeColorCoding.reg
    Rightclick the link, save it to a folder, double click the file, answer Yes
