wx_PatchDraw [updated]

  • New: patch.RenderResolution, on-the-fly change of Render Effects Resolution, dpi
New: patch.AutocenterPowerClipToggle, on-the-fly toggling of "Center new powerclips contents" option
    New: patch.NavigatorWindowSize - for X3 & X4, resizes document navigator (50-500, DRAW's default is 150), standard hotkey is "N"
Download test version of the macro

  • patch.SlowZoomToggle - toggle mousewheel zoom speed (fast, as in X3 default, or slow, as in Draw11). Shift-scrolling speed is also toggled.
  • patch.ZoomLevelLimitToggle - toggle "Maximum (minimum) zoom level achieved reached" messages.
  • patch.NodeGlyph2xToggle - toggle double size for nonselected node glyphs in node edit mode. Nodes thus are easier to be seen / work with.
  • patch.NodeGlyphColoredToggle - toggle node color coding for different types of nodes.
  • patch.SnapRadiusSet - set userspecified value of gravity of snapping (1..35, default is 10). High value (35) makes it a lot easier to work with guidelines and snap-to-objects
  • patch.SnapRadiusStd10, SnapRadiusMax35 - 1-click macros to quickly set gravity of snapping to 10 and 35 respectively
  • patch.CLOLreadToggle - disable reading of ColorStyles from CDR files to speed-up opening
  • patch.CLOLwriteToggle - disable saving of ColorStyles to CDR files to optimize file size to speed-up saving
  • patch.CrossHairToggle - fullscreen cross hair mouse pointer
  • patch.DispImageAntiAliasToggle - antialiasing of bitmaps in enhanced view mode
  • patch.Setup - configure automatic applying of the settings at startup time. Naturally don't forget to clear the "DelayLoadVBA" checkbox in Tools-Options-VBA - thus actually allowing VBA macros to run at startup.
  • works with DrawX3sp2 (13.0.0.739)

Wow I like this patches, there is a way you can find how to color the desktop area to gray?
So the page is white and the surround area (the desktop) is gray like AI does in advanced view?

I like this idea, I'll look into it again - once upon a time I asked this to be customized in DRAW and got a less than tepid response. Yet now I know how to change the internal stuff so some day soon there'll be a patch (if it's possible at all)

patch.CLOLreadToggle - disable reading of ColorStyles from CDR files to speed-up opening
patch.CLOLwriteToggle - disable saving of ColorStyles to CDR files to optimize file size to speed-up

can any one tell me above tool support for windows 7 and corel X4 and X5

to disable color styles permanently in any CorelDRAW version just use my old standalone utility changeCLOL - unpack the 7zip archive, run it, locate your CdrCore.dll
(usually in c:\Program Files\Corel\CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X5\Programs\CdrCore.dll)

Anonymous said... Thu May 26, 06:05:00 PM 2011

when I run the file changeCLOL, and locate the file cdrcore.dll of the following message: "please close coreldraw and run me again"

most probably the program files folder is protected by Windows, so you should run the changeclol patcher with higher user rights (admin e.g.)

Hello, I use windows seven, when trying to install was displaying the following message, "please close coreldraw and run me again", then managed to install using the compatibility mode for windows XP service pack 3, relamente corded, the files open so fast, However, there are still some files that take a little longer to open ... what is happening in these cases of files?

You must changeCLOL.exe "Run as Administrator". I confirm. Its works on Windows 7 64-bit and CDR X5. Greetings from Poland, Leszno
